Commercial Roof Repairs
On metal roofs we clean the roofs by powerwashing the entire roof, replace rotten bolts, rusted panels, and vents. On flat or built up roofs we fiberglass all walls, drain vents, scuppers, and fix all leaks. Ponding water areas can be sealed with build up materials and use silicone 44 which will withstand ponding water.
Air Condition Service Furnished
We as your general contractor hereby provide building permits on all commerical roofs and provide a licensed air conditioning company to install air condition racks to code. We also bring all electrical, air conditioner drains, and vents up to code. We silicone and seal all leaks prior to installation of coatings.
Application
We install bonding agent to entire roof. And apply two coats of liquid rubber on the entire roof thereby making the coating thickness .40 ml thick.
*Acrylic coating maybe sprayed. Liquid Rubber coating should be rolled.
